Just a pic of my new road bike on which I hope to lay down many miles on in the future. It was built by the guys at my local bike shop in Penzance www.cornwallcyclecentre.co.uk. Although, Penwith has some of the most amazing coastline roads in the country to go riding on, there is only one downside. They are mainly uphill or downhill (not so bad coming down!) and very few flat stretches in-between. I may even get around to doing that triathlon I promised myself if I train hard enough.

With a great many things going on in my life at the moment I’m currently finding time at a weekend to catch up on work. Business paperwork is my weakness and it’s the one thing I put off doing the most. Its my toad. Sat there, winking at me, second tray down in the window seat. Gah! I’m sure this goes for a lot of sole traders without admin support. I was only talking with a client about this very subject a couple of days ago. He is now taking the step of employing someone to help a few hours/days per week. Anyway, this weekend I’m catching up on web design work. Back on track now thanks to a quiet phone and some Ian Brown tunes in the background.
