Poppy Treffry
Website design and construction
Following on from the new brochure that
we designed a few months ago, we've now
completed a new website for Poppy.
The brief was to bring more of Poppy's
creative designs, colours, sketches and
materials into the design and have fun with
the layout.
We shall also be updating the website content,
allowing Poppy to do what she does best
- make her very lovely textile designs!

Sark Glass
Identity, Brochure & Photography
Tim Casey of Sark Glass is a master glassblower.
He designs and blows glass tableware with
his wife, Carol, for galleries and public
in the UK and beyond.
The identity came about in the simplest
form. Each piece of glass is hand signed
by etching the base. This was traced and
digitised then placed within a roundle which
represents Sark's designs. Simple but a
strong link back to the work.
The brochure was produced as a self promotional
piece to showcase Sark's products. Photography
was key to the design and the glassware
was shot on a black background to allow
the colours to jump off the page. Photography
of Tim blowing glass was incorporated showing
the movement and processes involved.
Tim and Carol were so happy with the outcome
they invited us back to start production
on Sark's website. Watch this space.

Abbott and
Ellwood
Website Design & Photography
Mike and Kim approached us to produce a
website that would show their brooches and
sculptures in a style that reflects the
work. Clean lines and simple design details
were important in the final outcome.
We also took on the requirement for product
photography, making sure of crisp white
backgrounds to show the products at their
best. Other photography included the banner
images depicting the studio environment.
This gave a nice link to the influences
behind the work.

Porthleven
Twinning Association
'Past - Present' Film Event
Printed literature
PTA needed an eye catching poster that appealed
to the local community to promote the FREE
event.
To show the change in industry and lifestyle
within the area, in the last 100 years,
we focused on fishing (past) and surfing
(present). The surfer image already existed
and I wanted to mirror it somehow for the
past shot. After being shown some old net
needles of generations ago, and their resemblance
in shape to a surfboard, I found the link.
Porthleven local, Olivia, kindly agreed
to model for us posing as the surfer had.
I then photographed the net needle and created
the final image in Photoshop by adding the
correct shadows and lighting.
The posters, flyers, invites and tickets
were all designed by Carta and printed within
15 miles of Porthleven. |

Waterborne Kayaking
Corporate Identity
The brief was to produce an identity which
would reproduce well in various formats.
From stationery and P.O.S to screen printed
flags and decals. The 'w' logo had to be
simple in structure and represent the fluid
look of water.
The Waterborne website is currently in production. |

together with the 'Times Roman' typeface
echo's the traditional craft of working
with wood.
The OPI product brochure and website are
