Along with the logo designs, leaflet and other literature, Carta also undertook the design of the Kids Love Nature website. We kept the same fun and nature inspired look for brand consistency as in the other material. The design needed to be colourful, clear and easy to navigate around. The footer element features a field, trees and clouds which gives a feel of space and the outdoors which is what the Nature Nursery model is based on. The website design was provided as a layered Photoshop file for easy implementation by the web developer who built the final website.

This was a follow on design form The Kids Love Nature Team for their Nature Nursery business. They needed an information leaflet drop to go out to residents within the local area to promote the opening of the new nursery. We kept the fun natural look flowing through the design to really focus the concept of the nursery’s different approach to learning.
The Kids love Nature team got in touch after seeing our work online as asked if we could help with a design package for their start-up children nursery. The logo was the first project that we did for them and helped set the theme for the rest of the business literature. Stationery, promo flyers, website layout and Word® template designs followed. There was a sister logo needed also for the Children’s Nature Nursery which was to follow the same branding style.
BOHO Cornwall approached Carta to help design the identity for their new 5 star soulful living holiday accommodation business. After an initial meeting with owners Tom and Maya, to discuss the business and its values, they provided me with a fantastic brief to work from. The final outcome is a reflection of this brief – calm, modern, high quality and balanced. The two ‘O’s represent the sunrises and sunsets that can be experienced at the business location on the far southwest coast of Cornwall. A website design and other marketing material are to follow soon for BOHO Cornwall.
Here is the new logo Carta designed for The Little Knit Kit Company. Julie came to Carta to commission the logo after seeing our work online. This final logo is a combination of two other initial concepts shown to Julie. we feel it works really well to promote what the company offers its customers. The added hand-drawn grey dots and swooshes fill the empty gaps and cement the wording to the graphic elements.

A logo identity for yacht designer Oliver Stacey. The brief was to design an identity that was clean, simple and fitting with the industry. The final idea of combining Oliver’s initials was inspired by the flowing and balanced lines that appear in his own boat designs. The identity elements can be repositioned into a number of different configurations to fit the application it’s indented for.
This is a complete redesign and build of Sapience’s website. Carta has worked with Sapience since it was established in 2005 and produced their first website. The time came for a new look and new functionality for the website to meet with the expansion of the business. Continuing with the same strong branding and colours we set about making the site easier to read and navigate. We integrated the cartoon imagery that is used in Sapience’s advertising, to give a visual to each area of expertise that they provide to clients. WordPress has been used to allow an integrated blog and CMS for easy online updating.
